By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services & Products

We provide photography services, gift cards, and digital downloads. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made in full via PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, or Session before services are rendered or products are delivered. Gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, and digital content on our website are owned by Emily Ann Russell LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Photography Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least [20 days] prior to the session for a full refund, minus any non-refundable booking fees.

• Digital Downloads: Non-refundable once delivered.

• Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service or product in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
